What are your delivery schedules? - We work with you to make sure that the food is there before lunch time

Where are your delivery zones? - We can deliver within Richmond for free with a minimum order of 10, we can deliver outside Richmond with a delivery fee. - Contact us for specific inquiries.

Do you cater to special diets? - Yes, we always aim for an inclusive menu to meet the needs of your little ones.

What is the minimum order size? - The minimum order size is 10

How many days in advance do I need to make the order for catering? - This depends on the size of the event, in general we need 1-2 weeks of booking in advance. - Contact us to confirm

Can we request changes to the menu? - Yes, we are always open to adapting and customizing our menu to your needs, in this case please contact us to make a custom order

Do you cater to special diets ? - Yes, we always aim for an inclusive menu so that everyone at your event can enjoy their meal. Please contact us to make a custom order to make this happen.

What is your cancellation policy? - Depends on the size of the event. - We take 20% of deposit after the event is confirmed. Deposit is fully refundable. - In general we need 1-2 weeks of booking in advance. - Cancellation of within 7 business day before the events, deposit will non refundable.
